A Guide to Hajj by Maulana Yakub Ismail Patel Kawiwala
On the authority of Anas (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), used to say the following when the month of Rajab began.
“Oh Allah! Bless us in Rajab and Sha`ban, and bring us, oh Allah, to Ramadan.”
[Narrated by Tabarani and Ahmad]
Say the following words when meeting the Haji after their return from the blessed journey

Abu Hurairah (r.a) said that when the Prophet (pbuh) congratulated a man on his marriage he said:
“Allah bless you, and may He send blessings upon you, and may He unite you both in good.”
Shaykh Ibrahim Memon Madani gives some nasihah(advice) of the etiquette of how to make our duas to Allah Almighty.
No need to worry. It (this illness) is a means of cleansing from sins, if Allâh wills.
O Allah, Lord of the people, remove all harm, give cure, for you are the one who cures. There is no curing except Your curing – a curing that leaves no illness.
Abdullah ibn Umar (RA) said that when the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) heard the sound of thunder he said:
O Allah, do not kill us with Your anger and do not destroy us with Your punishment, but preserve us before that happens.
“I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan”.
