True Humility: Accepting the Truth, No Matter Who Speaks It

Fudayl ibn ‘Iyad (rahimahullah) said:

“Humility is subjecting to what is right [the haqq] and submitting to/following it. If you hear it [haqq] from a child, you accept it, or even if you hear it from the most ignorant of people, you still accept it.”
